Hey Everyone,So during one of my brainstorm sessions to come up with ways to finance more deals, I thought to maybe branch out to Venture Capital Firms in hopes that they would fund the acquisition of more property to grow my company.

I'm UW-Whitewater alumni and it difficult market -> inventory very properties-> Must have good connections for contractors -> school already is session , so until next May you have a difficult time locating tenants / professionals who pay for renovated housingWaukesha/Pewaukee and Brookfield would be okay areas for buy hold

I attend sessions (classes and webinars) with Arizona legal professionals to stay current with the latest changes and court rulings impacting lease terms. 

@Monty McLambI have a bookkeeper who has a 4 hour hands on training session which is relatively inexpensive who can go through it all with you.

The meeting will begin with an open networking session.

I'm excited to have found a group of like-minded people and I can't wait to start meeting some of you face to face at northwest meet-up sessions.

They were legit deals though, which I am not sure can be said for most of the "deals" I get in my inbox.Homevestors runs a "Deal Makers" session the first Monday of every month at the Cambria Suites near the airport.

I'm calling it for what it is.To the OP, please consider a PM or take some of the (free) landlord education sessions that you can attend at local community colleges or even through the local HA (housing authority) programs.

If he does, he will always be subject to his advice being "second guessed" by the seller, or his attorney, who will be hired after a drinking session at the seller's favorite bar when his buddies, with little knowledge of real estate, all tell him how he was "swindled" by the buyer.I hope this adds some clarity. 

I think I'll do a morning session tomorrow 9-11am and an evening session 4:30-6.
