Just depends if the site wants to cater to the true fan or to a larger audience (and both are viable models). 

Additionally, you should probably instruct the PM to dry out the attic if you have with fans and / or a dehumidifier.

@Michael Peters Most of the answers here are good advice on pumping more frequently if you're worried, but unless you book it 90-100% of the year, it doesn't get used as much as you would think.

I’m a big fan of Cleveland myself because of its growth and potential.

It's not to get the biggest pile of money/net worth.I am also a big fan of Wes Moss and his work.

Not a fan of D.C. multi family right now prices are high with rates very hard to cash flow and unless you are playing in the 1.5mil+ you are in at best borderline neighborhood’s & also competing against a ton of newer apartments in most cases.

If suspected/in doubt, I would terminate rather than stand the chance of something hitting the fan and having my property labeled a "nuisance property."  

I'm also a fan of Concord if looking into Contra Costa County.
