Not totally new, just Renewed purpose

Hello all,

You know all the mistakes that REIs make? For the first 2 years of my journey, I've made them all and fortunately, I've learned from them as well. I've worked with all sorts of "gurus" in the STR, Creative Financing space, MFR. Sent them pretty much all my money but showed little from them. They were not to blame, other people coming from less than where I was got to where they were promised. My failures are my own are my best (and most expensive) lessons. I'm ready for the next chapter of my journey. Renewing my Pro Membership is a good first step. I'm looking forward to learning from the community and working with similar minded individuals.
