CT REIA
Does anyone here belong to the CT REIA? I've always wanted to buy duplexes/triplexes in the area and hold as rental properties. I'm new to the area, and thought that joining CT REIA might be a way to start out. But I went to the website and there's a lot of guru talk that's kind of a turn off to be honest. Anyone have any first hand experience with this group? Any input at all would be appreciated.
