Actually only 25% of the hundreds of properties that I have bought have come from the MLS.58% came from verbal auctions, 31% from tax sales, 19% from FSBOs, 15% from estates/probates, 13% from sealed bid auctions, 13% from Word of Mouth, 10% from VA foreclosures, 6% from HUD foreclosures, 2% from Bank foreclosures, and 2% from Relocation companies.I tell everybody that I'm looking for real estate, and recently bought 8 houses in 8 days from 8 different sellers.So that's where I get property, where do you get your properties from?
