Actually only 25% of the hundreds of properties that I have bought have come from the MLS.58% came from verbal auctions, 31% from tax sales, 19% from FSBOs, 15% from estates/probates, 13% from sealed bid auctions, 13% from Word of Mouth, 10% from VA foreclosures, 6% from HUD foreclosures, 2% from Bank foreclosures, and 2% from Relocation companies.I tell everybody that I'm looking for real estate, and recently bought 8 houses in 8 days from 8 different sellers.So that's where I get property, where do you get your properties from?

I am in GA right now but relocating to Omaha this summer. 

If it's perfectly legal to leave the cars in the yard there then you could always resort to paying the neighbor to relocate the cars.

I'm sure this isn't nearly as juicy as those deals in other states but when I look at how little I put down and how quickly I can get my money back out of it after I relocate in a year I'm happy.
