Junk Cars Next Door Holding Back Sale

I finished a rehab in January and it's been sitting ever since. I've had a lot of traffic through the property, but at the price point I'm at, the neighbor is killing the sale. This is a nice 4/3 in a great neighborhood, but the next door neighbor has between 3 and 8 cars (beaters would be a better description) parked in the driveway and front yard at any given time.

I'd love some suggestions about how I can go about getting the cars removed, preferably permanently so the new owners don't have to deal with the eyesore in the future.

I have not attempted to contact the neighbors as I'm not sure how I'd go about such a conversation - my only thought so far has been "Can you get rid of all the #@!#$% cars sitting around your yard?"
