I have been reading articles and watching videos on Bigger Pockets for a few weeks now.

I've had a long time passion for all things RE related and now have the financial means to leave my full time role "working for the man" and use all of that energy and RE aspirations to focus on this full time, without any distraction from a 9-5 day job.

She also helps me with picking paint colors (which I hate with a passion) and runs comps if I ask and is even a private lender on deals from time to time.

I want to use them toCheck properties internationally via video call, so let say I'm virtually visiting the property with the seller, realtor & etc at the other side.

I'd like to start the occasional rehab as soon as I can since I think that it will be/is my passion.
