Hi All,

My name is Shawn. I have been reading articles and watching videos on Bigger Pockets for a few weeks now. We are just getting started as investors, and today was a big day: our offer was accepted on a 4-unit apartment building in my hometown. Now I'll be working with my bank, and we hope to be landlords in about a month!
