Is it reasonable to have multiple agents find deals at the same time? My thoughts are that a few realtors looking at the same time would have a better chance finding good deals. It seems fair to me that the first agent to show me the deal should be the one that gets the commissions. But I wasn't sure if there is often a contract for the buyer to exclusively use one particular agent.

Didn't say you should feel guilty. Just said there's going to be people who won't want to work with you.

You have to earn the agents trust that you won't be wasting their time. Some will work with you some will see you as a someone who will waste their time.

Not saying your wrong or right.

not saying they are wrong or right.

Just how it is.
