I am a beginner in foreclosures My job is to basically call the people on the list and tell them I’m interested and see if there is any mutual interestIt has gone horribly so far Most of them hate my guts and curse me out I’m not offended but I want to find a way to be the one because every Single person I talk to doesn’t want to talk to me(almost) Some of them are nice and say loan modification but how do I at least get my foot in the door to make them a offer.
