Hi everyone I’ve created a nice list for a direct mail campaign! But I’m just wondering how the wording should be? How the set up on the card or letter should be? This is going to be my first attempt at this so wanna make it good. Also I’m going to order extra so I can do the D4D strategy as well! Any and all help with this process is more appreciated than y’all know!

Thank you so much Trent D.

Don't send a picture of your dog.

It is not about being relatable. It is about being credible.

WHY would anyone put a picture of their dog if they want to convince the seller they are a legitimate company?!

Forget EVERYTHING all these damn gurus tell you.

If you send mailers, as it is a very inefficient way of getting leads, yes you need to get noticed. Will a picture of a dog get noticed? Sure! As would be a picture of a freshly deposited pile of poop!

Does that mean they will pick you? Unless they are a crazy obsessed dog lover, NO!

It is far more important to show you are a legitimate house buyer than a dog owner.

See the reason why all these gurus will tell you to put scribbles, doodles, figures, drawings... on your mailer is because they truly have no friggin stinking clue how conversion works. NONE OF THEM!

The ONLY thing you need to focus on is looking and sounding like a legitimate company.

See you are supposed to target MOTIVATED sellers... not random people that may or may not want to sell their house.

If you are an agent, sure put a picture of your chihuahua on your mailer. THERE is where you want to relate to your audience.

When it comes to motivated sellers, the ONLY thing they need and want to know is if you have the cash and know how to do a sale in 10 days or less.

No one focuses on targeting motivation. It has become the norm now to target "anyone" that may or may not want to sell.

When you target motivated sellers, things are VERY VERY different.

Also I wouldn't send mailers. Bad idea!
