Anyone done business with Voyajoy ?

Just curious if anyone had worked with this group and had success, or not , with this short term , third party booking agency . Thx

Scam! Run! We and several others we are in contact with contracted with

Voyajoy to make and run a short term rental listed on

AirBnB (and other like sites) for us.  After months of crap service,

they took ~$2500 of our money paid directly to them by AirBnB.  They

stopped responding when there was no more allowance for bookings.  We

then got stuck trying to sever ties with them online

and they won’t stop posting our property.  They are a nightmare scam

run out of Argentina but claiming to be out of California.  It is a lie

and you should not believe anything they tell you.

Hello! This is both for the people who will be contacted by Voyajoy AND the people who have a job interview with this company.

Voyajoy (soon to be called COZMO to protect the CEO from several lawsuts from their clients because they would't get paid what they promised, former employees and bankruptcy) is not a serious place to work. As a sales person, I had to lie and work 24/7 (literally) to convince someone to make business with us. To do this, we could (and would) lie and edit the contract without lawyers' supervision or permission. We were told to tell people that we called from San Francisco when all of the sales team members were from Latin America. You'll be asked to make more calls than you PHYSICLY can, and give you impossible numbers to reach. I had my hair fell of beause of the stress this work gave me. You won't be payed at time, have any health benefits or anything you should be having according to the laboral laws of California.

Diana Thai, the CEO and co-founder, is the worst boss you'll ever have. She's passive agressive, will threaten with fireying you almost every day, and get mistreated. You may have meetings where, if you didn't make any sale, she won't ever speak to you. Has a bad predisposition with your ideas to improve the company and all she thinks about is to get her money. She's coward, when she had to fire me she sent ONE CO-WORKER AND FRIEND to do so, and she tried to vitcimize when I faced her about this. When she saw that it wouldn't work with me, she became hostile.

Also, there was at least one big misunderstanding, mistake, or fight in the company per week. If you can avoid working with or for them, go away.

Also, they'll try to erase the bad reviews online because nobody wanted to sign contracts with us because of them. They need money first and then they'll try to pay google to delete them.

I currently have them....a real hot mess man. They had 2 of the properties listed at like 35 bucks a night. These properties are really nice 4 bed 3 bath and 4 bed 2 bath. Near the university and a really great location. Had a ton of people renting smoking and covering up the cameras. I realized they set the price lower then the cost of all the utilities, internet and mortgage. They said it was airbnb. They always act like its not their fault and are horrible at managing and noticing their mistakes. Cost a ton of money and had problems with taking responsibility.  We had to get some guy out because of the cost so then the tenant went to bbb and is trying to take action on our construction buisness. Had a whole group call email text and review the company because of voyajoys mistake. The (no evictions ever group) kid broke the wring camera and is definitely not done taking "action". They did nothing but cost and a lot of deflecting from voyajoy.  Its insane. Im sure there are better options out there.

I have not.  Though they have contacted me about some of my rental apartments in Frederick, MD.  I'm also curious to hear others experience with them.  I have passed on these types of groups so far, but am intrigued.
