Just wondering what everyone favorite look is on the exterior of a property.

I am particularly interested in the Philadelphia area, but am only beginning to learn the market there.I'd like to ask investors in that area.....what are your favorite Philly areas to invest in and why?

I know I'm taking a gamble but hopefully it's worthwhile.
