I am getting trained as a Listing Specialist at a start-up company specializing in wholesale properties. Currently working on my license. Great opportunity - feel extremely lucky to be given this opportunity. I am currently looking for any investment stories relative to the Austin, Texas area that will help expand my knowledge of wholesaling. I want to invest in an owner occupied duplex after a year of working here in order to start building my credit and investment portfolio. What you will fine here is a wealth of education information and genuine assistance in your investing endeavors. I personally pay close attention to the veterans on this site….they can be identified by having posted several thousand responses. What I like about them is that they will tell it like it is…..good and bad! They will call out any crap that’s posted. I just love it. Good Luck!
