There is a great Groupon for the handy landlord right now. Its a couple sets of Dewalt drill bits for about half price. They would make a great gift to your favorite contractors, or for the handy landlord.

I am always amazed when I buy drill bits how expensive they are.

On this off topic subject, does anyone have any good gift ideas for good contractors, or give any of their contractors random gifts on occasion to show apprication?
