How I started with nothing and made $12M in Real Estate.

I was spending my Visa rewards on Amazon and came across his book. I'm thinking of buying it, but I've read so many real estate books, I'm kind of burnt out on em. Sounds like something different though (case studies) and I think it looks interesting. Any reviewers willing to comment?

Anyone reading anything good? I'm ordering The One Thing by Gary Keller. Heard it is a great book and a must read.

I learned a lot about living well from reading Jim Rohn's 5 Major Pieces of the Life's Puzzle. Get the book then go eat some greasy food. The book is only about 110 pages so you should be able to finish it while you're on the commode the next day! LOL

The one important lesson he teaches: Whatever you feel now, money will only exacerbate that. If you aren't happy having no money, you'll just be more miserable with it. If you're cheap, you'll be cheaper. If you have a bad attitude, you'll be meaner. If you like to give, you'll give more. If you're happy, you'll be happier. So, be happy with what you have, who you are, and how you live. Happiness is an art form, not a destination.

My favorite quote:

“I am an optimist. It does not seem too much use being anything else.”

~ Winston Churchill
