In state of California, if you hold your CA broker license, I believe you also get into the lending business in California, but in Georgia, I will need to take new prerequisite courses and take the NMLS state exam.

You can usually look online at local real estate agencies websites to view what is for sale in your area or get in touch with a local real estate agent who would be able to help.
