Are you taking it online as a self study, or are you in a class with a teacher?

It’s not necessary to stay local for these services as long as you have online bank statements or a solid way to get them to the bookkeeper.

@Max Bellino For smaller properties like your 2–4 unit multifamily buildings, an online cost segregation study is a quicker and more cost-effective option, providing sufficient accuracy for straightforward properties.

I am in the process of studying for my licensing exam in the state of Tennessee and plan to work in the Chattanooga area upon completion of the test (which will be quite soon).

There are any number of Real Estate schools available to you, so choose the one that compliments your learning style, whether that be online or in person or a hybrid. 

Just passed my real estate exam and am finishing up the application process.

I am taking a salesperson license exam this year to get into the industry and use these commissions toward closing costs.
