Online Real Estate Courses
Hello BP!
Not sure if this is the correct forum for this topic, but I am wanting to get my real estate license and was wondering if anyone could make any recommendations for online courses?
My main reason for wanting a license (aside from the educational aspect) is to be able to search the MLS on my own without the need for a realtor. I assume this is legal right? From what I have read online to gain access to the MLS you need to have a license and pay the fees associated with the MLS. I work full time as an engineer and don't plan to switch career fields. This is purely for my upcoming venture into investing.
Thanks everyone!
