Hello BP so I was D4D yesterday and found a group of contractors working on. I stopped asked about the house and was told they work for the bank and was doing some work before they list it. I ran a title search and found out Wells Fargo owns the property. My question is who do I talk to get more info. on the property should I contact my agent? I'm stuck I'm a newbie investor and I'm still learning the process if anybody can give me advice on what to do next I would greatly appreciate it.
