I used Lowes on my first several rehabs, but once I started getting more into it, I met people who told me about my now cabinet and counter supplier that is better quality for 1/3 the price since they don't have a show room and only work with industry professionals essentially.

The material they use is I believe better quality, and they have experience with how to strip and reglaze the tub.

Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

We are actively looking to get into the market in Arizona and would love to connect with quality contractors and handymen (or women), property managers, lenders, brokers, realtors, wholesalers and of course other investors in the area. 

@Max T.Alex from kitchen search has done 3 kitchens for me and great guy who stands by quality product.

Either way i'm going to take my time and jump at a quality tenant vs a higher monthly rent, from what I hear that's the least stressful way to go about it.

Are you saying leave it because it isn't worth moving and won't impact tenant retention or getting the best quality tenants?

Better to go in on something cheap, with decent quality and potential to make better, better cash flow, but potentially dying city and a little farther (3 hrs)OR something closer, less cash flow, higher mortgage, but more/growing city stability?
