Preferred Vendors in Philadelphia
I'm budgeting for a (nearly) full renovation for a 2 story ~900 sq ft rowhome in Germantown. I'd like to get away from the big box stores for some of my materials, especially if I can save a few dollars in the process.
So, in the Philadelphia area - who do you recommend for:
Lumber - OSB and 2x4s
Solid Hardwood flooring (for under $3/sq ft)
Floor and Wall Tile and Schluter/Kerdi prep material. Under $2/ft for the floor tile and under $3 for the wall.
Cabinets - I'm open to unfinished now that I have committed to a paint sprayer for the house.
I have a large SUV that can handle transportation of just about anything. Doesn't mean I enjoy spending half a day doing it when I could be working. So I will pay for delivery when it makes sense.
BP - Thanks in advance!
