Lawrence County PA Property Management

I just received notice that I will be mobilizing back to active duty for 15 months starting in July. I have a duplex that I am almost done renovating, and am looking for a property manager so that I can begin to recoup on my investment while I am gone. Does anyone have any property management suggestions? I am located in the Mohawk school district area outside of New Castle. Thanks in advance!

I use Premier Property Management out of Beaver Falls. They manage about 18 of my 38 units, I self manage the rest.

They have a brokerage company and an appraisal company. So I use them on everything which has allowed me to scale much faster. Their fee was 10%, but they have worked with me down to 8% as I have kept throwing business their way.
