If they are not responding to you, don't waste your time trying to get a response.

That way you're informing the buyer how you will respond to these requests upfront, and it will deter anyone who will nickel and dime you or plans to ask for thousands of dollars in repairs.But, you still might get it.

@Scott Steffek I've heard of the handwritten yellow letters but heard about 1-3% actually respond and my list isn't that big since I cut out the condos.

. - Take action and look at properties and get out there, do not plan your life away and hide behind "the planning stage"The general idea here is that you need to get out and let the world know what you are doing and the world will respond and THEN and only THEN you will have opportunities arise that can be closed on in creative methods.
