Where can a Tenant Write a Review of Rental Property?
A tenant has offered to write a positive review of one of my rrental properties. She has lived there a year and is now leaving, and she sent me a text saying how much it meant to her to live there. She also said she would be happy to post a review, but asked where to post it. I really don't know where to post it. Do you have any ideas where are the best places to post reviews? I currently list my available properties on 3 services: Zillow, Apartment List, and Rent Path, but I'm not sure they even take reviews. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks!

Speaking from a tenant perspective, if a landlord gave me a tenant reference it would definitely help them stand out to me. Could help you attract higher quality tenants down the road.
Otherwise, you could set up a Facebook business page for your rental property and ask her to leave a review there. Congrats on being such a good landlord!
Thank you Krystallin, it did make me feel good when she told me it meant the world to her to live there, because it was a nice place and a respite from all her school work. Now she is graduating from college and entering adult life in another city, getting her first full time job in her field, etc.
I like the idea of having the ability to provide a tenant reference, that is a really good idea. Perhaps a letter from the tenant that I can post, would be a good thing to have too, so I could post it where I want it?
Thanks
