Yes, the Fed just hiked the interest rates but if you are trying to time the market on when to buy and when not to buy that is not a good strategy.

It sounds like this company is a snake in the grass with hidden fees.Also, I saw alot of mention about having found better funding options with lower fees ect,..

I realize SOME jurisdictions do have their own laws that are more restrictive than the Fed, but I did recommend at the end of the post that local legal counsel evaluate your rules for the local jurisdiction, which is prudent regardless of the specific LL/Tenant topic for which you are creating or revising rules for your tenants.
