Hawaii HELOC application
I own a property in Hawaii worth about 600000 with a loan balance of 456. I have an excellent credit score and I bought this place originally as a primary residence but I have since moved and I am renting it out. Any HELOC recommendations?

@Jeffrey Hamilton It depends on what your time line is on the HELOC for the teaser rates (1, 2, or 3 years). The following banks/credit unions all have teaser rates:
- First Hawaiian Bank
- Bank of Hawaii
- American Savings Bank
- Central Pacific Bank
- Aloha Pacific FCU
- Hawaii State FCU
- Hawaii USA FCU
I personally have a 2.4% 3 year HELOC on my primary residence with ASB, and it's great! Simple interest is so much better than amortized interest.
