Because it's been on the market for 1.5 months now, I'm entertaining opening up applications to section 8 tenants (with 3 room vouchers).I don't want to go much lower than I'm already at ($2500) because I don't want to lose money on the place (mortgage + maintenance + insurance + utilities + etc) but I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to get the place rented.Do you have any suggestions for how to get the place rented?

Adult movies and a blue ray player, scoped pellet gun with starling bait, suit of armor, kegorator, life size Marilyn Monroe picture stand up display, periodic tables of beer styles/sex/meat, deer antler collection, firepit, horse shoe pit, the list goes on.  

Worst case scenario the show is fairly entertaining.

There's a basement waterproofing guy on YouTube - Daniel J O'Connor - who has some great educational videos on the topic (they're also pretty entertaining) -it would be worth your time spending 30 minutes watching him. 

Worked across the street in the area where Tempe Marketplace is now and can remember when it was literally hundreds of acres of empty desert, now it's one of the main entertainment areas of the entire city.I'd focus on staying close to ASU if you can.

We discovered multi people adults and children have moved in without consent/ notice/ in violation of tenants section 8 agreement.

I’m not going to accuse anyone, but when someone signs something that says “An Individual”, and it’s neither legal adult in your house, it makes you wonder.
