Best books and resourses for Real Estate Sales Training?

I am personally starting to look for properties off market via Cold Calling and Directmail. I personally have been watching and listen to Bigger Pockets Podcast, Real Estate Distrupters, and reading books.

I personally want to work on my sales skills so I can convert some of these cold/warm leads in to hot leads.

I was wondering if anyone can recommend some good sales books or youtubers out there that relate to Real Estate? I personally have read How to Win friends and Influence People and Just Finished Never Split the Difference.
