Investing by Amazon
I am thinking of utilizing a couple of strategies.
1. Investing near New or semi-new Amazon Distribution Centers. They usually hire around 1000-2000 people and alot are renters.
2. Investing in Reno by the expanding tech businesses and the Google purchased area.
Criteria would be small multi-family, preferably 2-4 unit to start and then try 5-15 if it works with the smaller units.
Thoughts?

Hey @Jorge Barboza Jr.! These are good thoughts my man! Amazon recently opened a large center in my market and I've been dumbfounded by the affect. They are attracting people to the area (micro-area, not simply to OKC as a whole), and they are attracting a labor class that is frankly . . . surprisingly high. If you pursued this strategy hard, this would be akin to betting on Amazon as a company . . . I wouldn't have a problem with that!
Good luck in the strategy, Jorge!
