Beach STR Ideas - PCB, FL
I recently bought a duplex in PCB, FL and will be getting it ready for a STR starting tomorrow. I have the basic accommodations/items down that's needed for my guest but I was curious about any one off, unique items that you have either come across yourself or have for your own STR rentals. Thank you for any ideas!

I'd charge a large deposit if they use the golf carts. Maybe even charge to rent them. You also want to make sure they have them charged back up at the end of their stay. Then you need to be able to check for damage at the end of their stay.
I'm sure you can google a general liability for golf cart rental.
You might want a camera system that monitors and records where the golf carts are parked in case someone try's to tamper with them.
