Tenants Pay Partial Payment After Eviction Started

We begun an eviction on Monday with some tenants. I sent them an email explaining the process had started and that no partial payments will be accepted from this point forward. The next day they sent a few hundred bucks via Cozy (they owe $3,400). There's no way to stop this payment or refund it back through Cozy.

What should I do at this point. Send a certified check back to them requesting a signed receipt so I know they got it? Or since I have it in writing saying no partial payments are allowed will the court disregard their partial payment? I didn't want the court to dismiss the eviction because I "accepted" partial payment.
