Hey BP,My name is Brad Hunter and I'm excited to be joining this awesome community you all call BiggerPockets.

I’ll be opening my own business soon (I’m so excited to get into the business of real estate investing and property management ) However I am having a hard time (by the way I’m in Florida ) finding any information when it comes to protecting my wife from my LLC / business .

~I've recently gotten excited about pursuing real estate investment as a means to reach financial independence in the coming years.

Today, I received EXCITING news that I was accepted, and qualified for the Loan amount I was looking for.

I had over 2k miles traveled between properties, getting supplies, etc. last year.

I too saw massive room for growth with the University and other large new employers its really a neat exciting place.

I can't imagine that the time you put into just travel would justify the cash flow. 

I certainly have never been to Khobar, Eastern so customary may mean something completely different there.I'm trying my first furnished travelling executive style rental.
