Real Estate Agent And/Or Investor

Howdy BP Community! ~

I've recently gotten excited about pursuing real estate investment as a means to reach financial independence in the coming years. Currently, I'm trying to decide if I should use my real estate license that I received in the last 6 months and explore brokerage as a means of getting my feet wet, building capital, and networking or if I should just arm myself with as much information as possible and start putting deals together. Maybe I should try for doing both in hopes that they will feed off of each other?

If you were going to start over again had no starting capital but already had a real estate license what approach would you take?

Thanks!

The only answer here is you have lost 6 months  where you could have used your RE licence to build capital.

No capital - The only answer is you need capital  (ie income, ie a job)  eliminate your debt,  build capital.
