furnitured vs unfurnished Rent
which is better to rent property as unfurnished or furnished with higher rent rate ? as I belive some people are trying to avoid the hassle of furnituring style and overall cost but not sure if they are the majority in the market or not.

Unless you are doing an executive short term rental or have extra furniture laying around, I would rent it unfurnished. Furnished units are going to have extra costs of cleaning, repairing and replacing furniture.
