SEO is the better way to go because it takes a lot of learning and work in the beginning ( heck and the middle and the end) but once set up,just sit back relax and watch the leads come in for free.So the ideal strategy is, do PPC, or DMM right now to get deals... right NOW.. and then while you o that work on your website.

Personally I’m just tired of spending my time building other people’s businesses and I’ve watched several small business owners I worked for over the years become financially free and  These were typically poorly managed companies ran by men that I feel were less intelligent than me . 

Buy books, listen to podcasts, watch videos, attend REIA meetings, go through online forums etc.

Me being new to the wholesale game I watched a fair amount of podcast and it seemed to me Pre-F was the way.

Realtors will go the extra distance for investors, but new investors might be looked at as people who watched to much tv and are not serious.Especially if your offers are low, to the point of trying to find a seller that will make you a great deal.

I’d be unnerved about losing 500$ a month If your going to Subsidize their rents they can Atleast pull their weight around the place instead of just sitting around watching jeopardy in their craft- matic adjustable beds  .

Currently I am combing the BP forums, (which is why I see so many of your posts) watching YouTube videos, doing some reading, etc. in order to build a business plan and to have an A-Z understanding of how it all works.
