Does anybody have a recommendation for a good insurance company that handles apartment buildings (5+ units) and multi-tenant retail in the Green Bay area? 

The problem is finding green agents that can be scammed.

Large builders like to move fast and will pay a premium for a project with a green light, even if it's still just raw land.

Green Apple Trust, would be ok.The attorney says that he would issue a LLC resolution that everyone will sign.

My building will be green up to 8% interest rates, which I don't see coming faster than my rents rising and jobs here growing.Therefore, the argument that I've heard, not from anyone in this forum but elsewhere about 7-10 year cycles because of farmer's almanac type timing does not have as much evidence to me, as the facts I have chosen to see that I've listed above.
