Has anyone had luck wholesaling from the MLS?

Any good agent won't fall for unlicensed broker tricks. "Subject to partners inspection", 30,60 day "inspection" periods, assignability...only a new agent might fall for that garbage. We do have an agent on BP that brags he uses the "subject to partners approval"...and I believe is a very bad example of integrity! "Public nuisances" as Bill Gulley labeled them:) If you want to work as an agent, get licensed. That opens the door for better income.
