If you were never able to score a pre foreclosure deal...what method seems to best workout for you?

Though I enjoy the buying and selling process for clients, my personal goal is to jump into investment side, using particularly the BRRRR method.

Has anyone worked in new construction offices where a team method was run? 

Believe me they are wrong.. again.. an expert is only an expert on THEIR methods, and obviously their methods are wrong. 10% signs rate?

I’m thinking long term and would like to also flip, buy and hold, the brrrr method etc. eventually.

Learning to make a strong enough revenue stream that you don't have to be limited to the "low and no money" methods we hear about. 

Use @Jerryll Noorden's method, a traditional real estate agent, or a wholesaler - just focus on networking and finding a deal.

I am now transitioning to a buy a hold method in attempt to build cashflow and wealth in attempt to find financial freedom.

I am biased on the turnkey method, but I do try and give sound advice where it is needed.
