Realtor from Kansas City (Newbie to BP Forums)

My name is Brian Kim and I have been listener of the BP podcasts for some time. I have been inactive on the BP forums, but realized there are a lot of gold in the forums. My background is in accounting and most recently, I used to start schools around the world with an organization, but transitioned into full-time real estate April 2019. I am a licensed realtor in Missouri and Kansas. 

Though I enjoy the buying and selling process for clients, my personal goal is to jump into investment side, using particularly the BRRRR method. I want to be active more in the forums for OOS investors and to network with local investors. My goal in the investment side of real estate is 20 doors in the general Kansas City area in the next 3 years.
