So what was your experience one year later?

From my experience it is primarily conventional, FHA or VA loans that can be assumed.

I'm not sure their experience with something like this, but they would definitely know the right people if it's not something they can do.

There is a local group of individuals that gets together regularly, though, WI REI or something like that?

However, neither ourselves or the seller have experience in this kind of deal, so understand we will probably want to loop in legal advice as/if we proceed.

Most importantly to our investors we individually invest in each deals and under the same terms as the other investors to the tune of about 10-15% of the capital.
