Retaining wall repair Cleveland, OH

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased my first property, a duplex in Cleveland, OH.  There is a retaining wall that is bowing, which I had an estimate done during the purchase contract which the seller dropped the sales price for that repair.  I wanted to wait out the winter to start on any repair projects but now while getting other quotes, I think the initial quote was very much under what I may be looking at to pay.

This past winter did some damage and it needs attention sooner rather than later.

Does anyone have any recommendations of a contractor to repair retaining wall in Cleveland, OH (Brooklyn Heights).  I would like to shop around as I feel much of the commercial contractors have a higher estimate.

Also, would anyone have any recommendations on how to approach the neighbors with the situation that may assist with covering some if any of the cost.

Thank you in advanced.

-Charlie
