I've met two kinds of people since joining BP.

I have family who invest in rental properties and now it's my turn to join in.

If there are investor meet ups or associations in your area to join, join them.  

The reason we are asking is so that he can have the best chance to get approved for financing (If a partner is able to join the LLC to bolster the financial strength of the LLC).Any and all comments are invited.ThanksJosh

Because of the prices in my area, it seems harder to find properties that meet my basic criteria for cash flow in my area.I'd like to find a resource that enables me to compare rental property markets in one view. 

hello everyoneI am chad and I am looking to learn about real estate investing i have been watching the bigger pockets videos on u tube lately and decided to join the group I am hoping to learn and research some more before i jump i and buy my first rental property.
