hello everyone

I am chad and I am looking to learn about real estate investing i have been watching the bigger pockets videos on u tube lately and decided to join the group I am hoping to learn and research some more before i jump i and buy my first rental property.  I am also hoping to meet people from the area that are selling and managing real estate.
