The only other way I would invest out of town is to research the area and have friend there that is willing to use to do whatever is necessary and call you on the phone daily to give you an update.You know when a particular market is doing well to see if the population and jobs are increasing.

The home currently has a tenant and they want to stay he’s warned then of the possible sale and that within a few months I can increase rent to $800-$850.Taxes are $1604 a year and insurance rings in at $650 annually.
