Vacation rental questions
Hi BP folks,
My name is Chuck Williams and I am a graphic designer during the day, night, and weekends. After listening to last weeks podcast I got excited to pivot out of the daily grind and try my hand in real estate. My wife just quit her job and has a decent 401k that we won’t be contributing to since we are down to one income now. Is it crazy to pull from her 401k to invest in a vacation rental?
Thanks in advance
Chuck
