@Jason Hodges I have bought a 200+ and a 1000 unit deal using a DM strategy.DM is great, but prepared for the long game as it took me 2 years to buy each deal, but each deal has been a grand slam.Feel free to message me for some ideas.

It is 50/50 split & she had stated that in the past her GC has put in 5 to 10% so I have skin in the game and she will include me on the title for security until property sells & 50/50 split.

Unfortunately in my opinion there is a lot of noise in the wholesaling game, people are always bringing "deals" to investors but they are not always necessarily a "good/great deal" and most of the time I see properties in my area from wholesalers their numbers are completely off.
