House hack with a partner
Hello. I'm new to the real estate game and have yet to acquire my first property. Has anyone ever purchased a multifamily property (duplex or triplex), used a business partner for the downpayment, house hacked, then leave after a year and rent out all units? I'm wondering how practical this idea is for me. Thanks!
