@Shane Waller It can definitely be done.However, majority of mobile home communities do not allow rentals.

Cigarette burns occur easily and it can stain.

Proper use can pay dividends, but improper use burns badly.

I am rehabbing our first mobile home and instead of throwing away all paneling and sheetrocking, I decided to just replace a few rooms worth with new paneling from home depot.

I would like to remain optimistic that no one out there is getting burned on that potential purchase and that someone out there more advanced than myself has the resources and team to make that deal happen and be profitable. 

I had to set two meter poles and build the meter loops and run the main power line from the main breaker on the meter poles to the subpanel inside the mobile home. 

I am a mobile home investor and also have a couple rental properties, one in Texas and one in Alabama.  

As far as low income having internet ect my experience is they have as nice or nicer devices than higher income people and they all seem to have it in home or on a mobile device.
