Your average rental?

Currently my lowest rental is an efficiency unit that rents for $300/mo
My average rental is split between duplexes ranging from $500-$650 per unit. & Single Family houses both in Cleveland & surrounding suburbs. Ranging from $750-$995.
Currently my highest priced rental is a 4 bedroom bungalow in a Cleveland suburb priced at $995/month.
